What is an Alumnifier?
An Alumnifier is a trained graduate who represents their university in recruitment and marketing efforts. Your role is to inspire prospective students by sharing authentic insights about your academic journey, student life, and career growth after graduation. You’ll play an essential part in helping students understand what their future could look like at your university.
As an Alumnifier, you will:
Participate in virtual and in-person events to engage with prospective students and parents.
Share your authentic story to inspire confidence and excitement about studying at your university.
Act as a role model and trustworthy source of information, answering questions about academics, social life, and opportunities.
Contribute to your university’s global recruitment efforts by strengthening its alumni presence.

What Will You Do as an Alumnifier?
As an Alumnifier, your responsibilities may include:
Student Outreach: Participate in one-on-one conversations, group events, and virtual webinars to share your experiences.
University Representation: Attend recruitment fairs, open days, and alumni panels as a representative of your alma mater.
Storytelling: Share your personal journey to help students visualise their own path at the university.
Support and Guidance: Answer questions about academics, student life, career prospects, and everything in between.
Marketing Support: Collaborate with your university’s marketing team to provide real-life perspectives for brochures, websites, and social media campaigns.
Safeguarding Standards: Follow Alumnify’s training to ensure professionalism, data protection, and the wellbeing of everyone involved.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for enthusiastic, responsible graduates who are passionate about sharing their university experiences. You’ll be perfect for this role if you:
Graduated from your university within the last 5 years.
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Are excited about engaging with prospective students and their families.
Are reliable, professional, and empathetic.
Are eager to contribute to a growing global network of alumni ambassadors.
Prior experience in mentoring, public speaking, or event participation is a bonus—but not essential. Full training will be provided!
