Alumni-powered student recruitment

Your graduates are already in the markets you’re trying to win.

We find, vet, train and manage your alumni as paid in-market representatives, so prospective students hear from someone who has actually done the degree.

Build a strategy for your university

Tell us your two hardest markets and we will show you who we already have there.

Why alumni

Students can research everything except the thing that decides it.

Rankings, modules and fees take about ten minutes to find. What takes longer is someone who made the same decision, from the same country, and can say honestly how it turned out.

The gap we exist to close

Students trust your graduates. Almost none of them get to meet one.

Every university has thousands of graduates overseas. Almost none are activated for recruitment, because finding, vetting, training and paying them is operationally hard. That is the job we do.

How it works

Three stages, run by us,
reported to you.

You approve the markets and the activity. We handle recruitment, contracting, training, payment and reporting.

Stage 01

Find and vet

We source your graduates in the markets you care about, verify their degree and interview them. Only a fraction make it through. This is the part universities cannot do at scale on their own.

Stage 02

Train and deploy

Every Alumnifier completes structured training before representing you. They then work fairs, agent events, school visits, offer-holder calls and nurture campaigns on your behalf.

Stage 03

Measure and report

Every touchpoint is logged in your portal. You get monthly reporting on activity, engagement and student feedback, plus the raw data if you want it.

Commercials

Two ways to work with us.

Buy activity when you need coverage. Pay on results when you need conversion. Most partners run both.

Model 01

Flexi-Credits

A single prepaid pot you spend across any activity, in any market, at any point in the cycle. No market-by-market negotiation.
